  Once your request is approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated; simply print it and attach it to your original packaging.

  Ensure the products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
